JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make Master Schedules: Create clear timelines for project deadlines, material deliveries, worker schedules, and progress tracking charts.
- Write Timely Reports: Prepare and send out daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates along with bills (invoices) to clients on time.
- Solve Problems Together: Work closely with the management team to fix project issues and make sure all work gets finished successfully.
- Lead Team Meetings: Run presentations and attend review meetings with project partners to discuss major problems and find ways to improve.
- Speed Up Work with Tools: Use basic programming and smart software tools to automate tasks and finish reports much faster.
