JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage Workers: Assign staff efficiently and manage their payroll incentive records.
- Control Quality: Check product weight, size, color, and recipe settings to meet standards.
- Adjust Machines: Set up machine parameters and raw materials for each product variety.
- Reduce Waste & Downtime: Lower manufacturing defects, speed up changes, and minimize breakdown time.
- Maintain Safety & Hygiene: Inspect safety checkpoints (like metal detectors) to meet ISO/HACCP rules and keep the area clean.
- Fix Issues: Track raw material variances and find the root cause of mechanical problems to stop them from happening again.
