- Track Competitors & Markets: Study the local healthcare market and watch competitor activities to promote your lab’s services effectively.
- Work with Lab Teams: Coordinate closely with lab operations to ensure quick, accurate test results and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead the Field Team: Manage, guide, and track the daily work of sales executives to make sure the team meets its targets.
