  • Expand Sales Network: Strengthen the distribution network by maximizing SIM and Data selling outlets across the assigned territory.
  • Customer & Channel Service: Ensure existing customers are properly serviced while maintaining high channel profitability and satisfaction.
  • Segmented Sales Strategy: Understand local market demographics to design and drive targeted sales strategies for different customer segments.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain active relationships through continuous engagement with Retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
  • Partner Value Creation: Increase business value for Distributors, Retailers, and FSEs through systematic marketing and merchandising plans.
  • Market Intelligence: Prepare timely market intelligence reports tracking shifting customer trends and competitor activities.
  • Network Improvement: Work closely with the core network team to analyze, understand, and improve mobile network coverage in the market.
