JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Investigate Issues: Look into product quality issues, deviations, and customer complaints to find the root cause and suggest smart fixes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D to ensure smooth operations and follow legal rules.
  • New Tech Upgrades: Assist in bringing new manufacturing technologies and processes to the factory, ensuring the team is trained and proper guides are written.
  • Follow Compliance: Stay updated on pharma industry rules, trends, and safety guidelines (like GMP and ICH) to keep manufacturing compliant.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze production data and create reports to help the management team improve processes and make better decisions.
