The University of Kota (UOK) has officially released the detailed notification and registration schedule for the Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (SET) 2026. Following a structural turnaround, the responsibility to conduct this premium state-level eligibility examination has shifted to the University of Kota for the 2026 cycle. This exam determines eligibility for Assistant Professor and College Lecturer vacancies across various government and private colleges within the state of Rajasthan.
According to the official announcement, the online application window opens on June 14, 2026, and will accept registrations until the final closing deadline on July 15, 2026. The offline pen-and-paper examination is scheduled to be conducted simultaneously across all 35 subjects on September 6, 2026.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline from a UGC-recognized university.
Minimum Marks Rule: General, Unreserved, and EWS candidates require at least 55% aggregate marks (without rounding off) in their postgraduate degree. Candidates from OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, ST, PwD, and Third Gender categories require a minimum of 50% marks.
