- Get New Accounts: Bring in CASA (Current & Savings) and deposit accounts using cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Cross-Sell Products: Pitch and sell other banking services to both new and existing clients.
- Sell Third-Party Plans: Promote and sell Insurance (Life/Health) and Mutual Funds (SIPs).
- Hit Sales Targets: Meet your monthly and quarterly sales goals as per the company scorecard.
