This state-level entrance exam is mandatory for students seeking admission into 2-year B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri programs across approximately 340+ colleges in Bihar.

Bihar B.Ed CET 2026: Important Dates
The admission cycle for 2026 is moving quickly. Make sure to note these critical deadlines:

Eligibility Criteria
Before filling out the form, ensure you meet the following academic requirements:
- Regular B.Ed Program:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and/or a Master’s Degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce with at least 50% marks.
- Engineering/Technology Graduates: Candidates with a B.E. or B.Tech (specializing in Science or Mathematics) require a minimum of 55% marks.
- Shiksha Shastri Program:
- Bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit as the main subject and/or a Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/Acharya with at least 50% marks.
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the Bihar CET B.Ed 2026.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The entrance test is an offline (OMR-based) exam lasting 2 hours. It consists of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with no negative marking.
