JOB DESCRIPTION
- Get New Customers: Find and open new Checking (Current) and Savings accounts from the local neighborhood around the branch.
- Keep Accounts Active: Make sure new customers actually use their accounts by setting up UPI/mobile payments, depositing money, and keeping a healthy balance.
- Sell More Products: Grow the bank’s share of the customer’s wallet by offering other services like Insurance, Home Loans, Mutual Funds, and monthly investment plans (SIPs).
- Manage Customer Relationships: Take care of your assigned pool of customers to keep them happy and banking with you.
- Attend Local Events: Participate in company orientations and community events nearby to pitch the bank’s services to new audiences.
- Work with Internal Teams: Partner with the bank’s Small Business (SME) department to get introductions to their existing clients.
- Find New Leads: Run cheap, local marketing activities (like booths or community meetups) in the neighborhood to find potential new customers.
