JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage Dealerships: Guide a set of dealers and their teams to hit sales targets for vehicle volumes, market share, deliveries, and spare parts.
  • Expand the Network: Work with the channel team to find, set up, and appoint new dealers and sub-dealers to cover more market areas.
  • Boost Leads & Promotions: Generate customer inquiries using management software (CDMS) and execute local promotional campaigns, field activities, and new product launches.
  • Train Dealership Staff: Make sure dealerships have enough trained workers and teach them about sales processes and new product features.
  • Monitor Dealer Finances: Review and check the financial health of the dealerships and introduce specific incentive schemes for them.
  • Arrange Retail Finance: Connect and liaison with banks and financial institutions to secure easy loan and financing options for customers.
  • Track Competitors: Monitor competitor activities and gather feedback on how their products perform compared to yours.
