  • Postgraduate Degree: Must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the UGC in the respective applied subject (Hindi, English, History, Political Science, Sociology, or Music).
  • Special Education Training: Must have completed a B.Ed. (Special Education) degree OR a regular B.Ed. combined with a 2-Year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
  • RCI Registration: Candidates must be registered (provisionally or permanently) with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) before the official written examination date. A permanent registration number is mandatory at the time of final appointment.
  • Cultural Orientation: Working knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani culture.
