JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep all E/S (electronic/system) equipment running smoothly by handling updates, daily admin work, and fixing technical issues.
  • System Installations: Help set up new and existing client projects, which includes installing hardware, connecting cables, and testing/labeling transmission lines.
  • Meet Deadlines (SLA): Work proactively to deliver services on time and ensure all customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are successfully met.
  • Check Vulnerabilities: Perform regular security checks and vulnerability assessments to find potential weaknesses in the system.
  • Security Audits: Run scheduled network security audits and system scans to protect the network from cyber threats.
