The Veer Kunwar Singh University (VKSU), Ara, has officially initiated the online admission process for its undergraduate (UG) programs for the academic session 2026–2030. Implemented under the National Education Policy (NEP) and the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), all regular undergraduate degrees—including Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)—are now structured as a 4-year undergraduate course divided into 8 semesters.

Course-Wise Eligibility Criteria

Admissions at Veer Kunwar Singh University are strictly merit-based. The selection process depends entirely on the marks secured in your Class 12th exam; there is no entrance test for regular general streams.

  • B.A. (Hons. / Major): Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) or any other recognized board with at least 45% marks in the aggregate or in the specific subject selected for Honors.
  • B.Sc. (Hons. / Major): Candidates must have cleared 10+2 in the Science stream (PCM/PCB) with a minimum of 45% to 50% marks in the respective subject combination.
  • B.Com (Hons. / Major): Candidates must have cleared 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Students coming from a Commerce background receive stream weightage during selection.

Application Fee Structure

Applicants must submit their registration fees completely via digital modes (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI) before submitting the form.

  • General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹500 to ₹700 (Depending on stream and portal processing fees)
  • SC / ST Candidates: ₹500
